yummy pudding

Well made my rich chocolate orange moose today, so easy and takes 3 mins can be on its own with cream or as a side part of a dessert.

6oz plain choc, 1/2 pint double cream, melt in a micro for 1 1/2 mins. When stirred to smooth, mix seperatley 1 egg with the zest and juice of half an orange. Mix this gradually into the cho & cream mix then heat in micro for 30 secs to 1 min then chill. That's it, very easy and tastes like a restaurant pud. To be really posh pour into individual ramekins before putting in the fridge and use posh things like choc swirls or crystalised fruits to decorate and cream.
