I have to share this with you, I was at the docs on Tuesday night and there was a big sign up saying please turn your mobile phone off. Well as it happens I had my phone with me, Andy had given me a not used phone which is better than my old one, so I was trying it out. Well could I find the off button????????????? Bet your bottom dollar I couldn't.
I did every possible way of turning it off from the discreet opening my bag and thinking I had the right button to the holding it in the air and turning it 360 degrees and I still didn't find it, I pressed the buttons, slid the keypad open you name it I did it. In the end I think the lady behind the desk was getting so suspisious of me and my phone I just stuck it back in my bag and prayed it wouldn't ring.
I always thought I was technically savy. and felt quite defeated in the technical department. Relaying this story to Andy when I got home, it only turns out he had exactly the same problem!!!!!!!! :-)

I had the same problem while I was at the hospital earlier this week - only slightly more embarassing, I've had this phone for a while, I use it to call, text and everything - I just could not remember how to turn the thing off! I too, was praying like stink it would not go off - took my mind of impending blood tests, ha ha.
