batch cooking

i really enjoy cooking though with our 3rd child still under one its often restricted to evenings, but this afternoon i had a rare opportunity to do it even though all 3 were home and i was on my own. How cool is that??? no-one wanted me and anyone who might have done was asleep

so I made a big batch of chop chip cookies, chorizo tomatoey pasta, corned beef pasta mix, home made pizzas and garlicy cheese wedges with no interruptions.

Its amazing how I forget how much I love to cook even in a few days, i find it so relaxing so I have thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon.
