freezing stuff

just an additional thought if you do freeze meals, cakes etc etc have a list on the fridge and list things individually then you (and more importantly your family) will know whats in the various freezers that you have. I list individual items and they get crossed off when used, I tend to freeze the last few bits of a meal to use as jacket potato fillings or as individual meals for the kids.
