Well although the box wasn't very good its really got me into thinking differently about what I buy each week. One of the items we got was cauliflower and so I made something I haven't made for a few years, cauliflower and broccoli cheese and we had oven roasted veg too, very yummy and all the plates were almost licked clean :-)
Today I used one of the oranges and made an orange cake out of our Delias cookbook (you know the black one that everyone gets for their wedding). Well it came out of the oven at 3pm and was all eaten by 3:15 so it must have been good LOL.
Its quite fun to use different ingredients and make different things, I like a challenge.
