Jacket Potato filler

Right another idea for jacket potatoes

You'll need smoked bacon (always buy a bacon and split into 1 or 2 slice bags ideal for cooking and you can always defrost a few if you need them)

some cream (UHT single or sour cream), some cherry tomatoes and some mushrooms

Fry the bacon and cherry tomatoes and mushrooms in a pan until the bacon is how you like it (i like mine crispy), add the cream at the last minute, then add to a bowl with some grated cheese and mix.

Use as a sandwich filler or jacket potato filler, very yummy
