Right I promised Sharon I would put my beef korma recipe up so here goes
you need
1 pack frozen mince (or use equivalent fresh mince)
1 onion
3 carrots
1 tin plum tomatoes (or chopped tomatoes if you don't want to chop the
tomatoes in the pan)
a pinch of mixed herbs
squirt of garlic puree or some squashed garlic
some spinach or a few chunks of frozen spinach (asda do one that hides in
the sauce, tescos looks more like chopped stringy cabbage)
1 sachet of coconut (from Indian section) if you can't get that use a small
carton of coconut milk (again from Indian or Chinese section)
mushrooms
courgettes (optional)
1 dessertspoon of madras (cumin and chilli) curry paste, we tried the korma
and its too mild.
fry your onion and mince then add chopped tomatoes, chopped carrots, mixed
herbs, and garlic, simmer for 15-20 mins. Then add coconut, mushrooms,
courgettes and curry paste and cook for a further 5 mins. Then add spinach
just enough to cook through (if using chopped fresh just to wilt). Then
serve with naan and rice or whatever you fancy.
If you have any spare freeze in individual portions and reheat with rice or
use as a jacket potato filler.

Recipe sounds lovely! Am planning to try sometime, seeing as it doesn't need an oven!!! H.x
Made the curry last night - it was really good (think you made it for us when we came round for a meal.) The house still has a curry aroma today! Helen x
