By now many of you will know the sad news that my Gran passed away on Tuesday night aged 89.
This is a picture taken a couple of years ago when Hannah was born.

I feel so blessed to have had my Gran in my life, she was a wonderful lady and taught me lots of good things, and for those of you who know I like pop my Gran is responsible for that one too. We used to have a pop man that came round in the holidays and my Gran used to treat us all to so many bottles of pop each week. It's still a treat now, and I know its silly but if ever I have a glass bottled variety it always reminds me of those wonderful summers growing up playing in Gran's garden.
The funeral should be some time next week.

Having recently lost a grandmother I too have found myself enjoying the wonderful memories I have. I hope there's not too much sadness for you, but rather happy memories and a deep appreciation for having your gran in all your lives.
