Summer holidays

Wow just after reading Hazel's blog, realised that I haven't posted that its actually for all those of you who it doesn't affect THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS!!!!!

I love the school holidays, we always have such a great time and although school is great and the boys love it to bits, there's so much fun to be had in the holidays just hanging out together. Hannah has been over the moon with having the boys 24/7 almost and just keeps smiling and asking where they've gone if they happen to go to play in their room etc.

It's strange to think this is our last summer as 5 (though officially according to Sam and Toby we are already 6 and I have to count Ruth in all equations of family or I'm told off:-) ), and that next summer we will be 6, most bizarre. We've already done musical rooms to give the kids as much room as possible, and the task off finishing everything off in time for October has begun. Heh its only taken us 2 1/2 years LOL.

Its great having the time to just be with the kids, we've had a fair few giggles just in these 2 days and I'm sure there will be more to come. Oh and if you haven't been told yet, yes we're going to Diggerland, though I'm sure there isn't a person on the planet who the boys haven't told yet they are so excited. It really is a close call though whether the thought of driving diggers is more exciting for them or Andy!!!!!
We're also hoping to get to vindolandia too, at Hadrians wall, plus a visit to Lindisafarne and the beach. That and a trip to Thornton Cleveleys and to the Quinta centre with church we've a pretty great summer lined up, though sure we can book you in for coffee or a trip out, as we'd love to catch up with people too.
