New Year already

Wow is it new year already, amazing, I’m on the 3rd January and the boys are back at school in 2 sleeps (yes we still count in sleeps!!!).

We’ve finished off our holiday in such a fun way seeing friends and lots of them, but today we did something we hadn’t done in ages, bowling!!!! I’d forgotten how much fun it is and the kids loved it, we took our godson (who is 5) too so there were 6 of us (though Hannah was content to boogie to the music). Must do it more often, but it is so expensive it was £20 for 2 adults, 2 juniors and an under 5 to go. Not affordable on a regular basis must find out if they have like a cheap Saturday morning session as I know some places do. Andy and I came 4th and 5th (out of 5) but then our excuse is we didn’t use the bumpers!!!!! Toby was incredibly chuffed to come 1st.

We’ve really had such a lovely holiday think Hannah and Andy and I are going to be at a bit of a loss on Thursday, at least for a bit anyway!!!!!! Never mind we all love school and it’s fab fun. Just the 7am get up and go that has usually got up and gone after a school holiday LOL
