well the birthday party went very well, the bouncy castle was awol but we managed to do some impromptu party games. Seemed to go well and everyone was suitably giddy going home. I even managed to have a go at face painting which I think went OK. Had lots of fabulous people who helped (thank you very much!), so good time had by all and one very happy 6 year old boy (6!!!!! ahhh!!!!)
