Not sure of those of you who have visited our house but basically our garden is on an external corner so our garden is external, we have a fence (about 4 ft high) but its not very private, not sure the best way on making it so, current possibilities are

 

(1)    putting a little bit of trellis at the top and growing  climbers up them,

 

(2)    putting a full trellis and doing the same

 

(3) putting shrubs in front of the fence to get the height.

 

We're kinda favouring no 3, but obviously it's the most pricey though we can get 5ft shrubs so wouldn't need to grow much.

 

If we did do that w hen's the best time to plant them???
